What the pages themselves do

The public pages on this domain (the umbrella page, Power Law Lab, Compound Lab, Wealth Ladder and the Portfolio Tracker landing page) are static. Invite-only tools have their own notice inside the tool, for the people who use it. They have no accounts and no forms, they set no cookies, they run no analytics scripts of their own, and the calculators run entirely in your browser: what you type or adjust stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

What is recorded anyway

Serving the pages. Cloudflare delivers every page on this domain. To do that it handles your IP address and browser details, as any hosting service must, and uses them to serve the page and to block abusive traffic.

Visit counts. Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script to each page as it is served. It records cookieless page-view statistics: the page visited, the referring site, browser and device type, page-load timing, and the country derived from your IP address. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint or profile individual visitors; what reaches us is aggregated counts. If you block scripts, it simply does not run and the pages work unchanged.

One outside request. Power Law Lab fetches a single current Bitcoin price from Kraken (or, if that fails, Coinbase) when you open it. That request goes from your browser directly to them, under their own terms. No other page contacts any third party.

What never happens

Nothing recorded here is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you. There is no advertising on this domain.
